  • Do we provide any warranty?
    All rebuilds & remanufactured parts carry a 6 months warranty against part defects, and 1-year warranty for Brand New parts or new Cartridge (CHRA ) installation starting from original invoice date. For further information about warranties, go to our company’s policies.
  • Do you charge a core charge deposit?
    Yes, we do charge the core charge deposit (except for Brand New Turbos & actuators). However, we will provide a FedEx return label to return the core back to us for free, from most of the location in the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).   • How to get a core charge refund ?
    Just send your old part(s) or turbocharger(s) back to us, and after inspection, we will refund the core charge deposit amount back to you. Feel free to contact us for more information regarding core charges & refunds at support@ftcturbo.com.
  • What is the company return policy?
    Return any of our products no questions asked within 14 days as long as the part is not used or damaged. For further information about our return policy, go to our company’s policies.
  • What kind of shipping options do you have?
    We have multiple shipping options from FedEx Ground,to FedEx Overnight, and USPS shipping services as well for all our products. You can always contact us for any special shipping arrangements you may need. For further information, go to our company’s policies.
  • If I send in my turbocharger, how long does it take us to rebuild it ?
    Turnaround time is usually 2-3 business days depending on condition and parts availability. Although we keep most parts in stock, there are occasions we may need to order something specific for your part which may increase turn around time.   • How can I send my own turbo(s) or actuator(s) to be inspected & rebuild ?
    Contact us directly and we will provide you with instructions as well as the “Rebuild Service form” for you to fill out and put it inside the box with your part.
