WARRANTY:

All remanufactured turbochargers & parts carry a 6-month warranty against part defects.

All new turbochargers and parts carry a full 1 - year manufacturer warranty against defects from the original invoice or purchase date.
This also includes New cartridge (CHRA) installation.

All defective parts will need to be inspected by the FTC team of professionals prior to warranty approval.

We will replace or repair the defective part(s) upon warranty approval at our discretion once we receive the part(s) for warranty inspection.
A full refund will be offered if the defective part cannot be repaired or replaced by us.

Important Note:
Warranty claims for turbochargers or other parts must be returned in as-is condition without cleaning, disassembly, or alteration for inspection. Any item presented other than as-is condition could result in the warranty being voided.

The warranty does not cover misuse alterations or modifications made by the purchaser, foreign objects damage, abuse, negligence, oil starvation, oil contamination, accidents, or any other installation-related damages.

NOTE: Warranty only covers the actual part up to the original invoice value. Consequential damage, loss of profit, or any other financial loss resulting from failed parts are not covered.

If a warranty claim results in providing a turbocharger or product replacement, then the warranty period for the turbocharger or product replacement will be the unexpired portion of the original warranty period for the turbocharger or product that was replaced

SHIPPING POLICY:

1. Order confirmation and shipping:
When you place an order online and complete the order payment, you will receive the confirmation email within 1 hour.

Note: If you don’t receive any emails within this timeframe, please double-check that the Gmail address left for the order is right. If so, please contact us for further assistance.

The order will be shipped between 1 to 2 business days (same business day on some occasions). You will receive the shipping information by email with the tracking number.

2. Shipping Locations:
At this moment, we ONLY ship to the United States, but we are currently working on expanding to Canada as well.
if there is any need for shipping to other countries, or you need special shipping arrangements, please contact us directly via email at: support@ftcturbo.com.

3. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Time:
Estimated Delivery Time: USA 2-7 Business Days depending on the buyer's address.
OTHER COUNTRIES: 8-12 Business Days 

Please note that all delivery times are estimates under normal circumstances, but ultimately depend on the domestic or international carrier.

4. Shipping costs: 
Depends on the product or product's weight and the buyer’s shipping address.
⁃ The freight is calculated by weight, country, and address. Different products and different addresses will have different freight rates. You can check your calculated shipping cost on the cart page before checkout.

5. Free Shipping:
We offer FREE SHIPPING for most of our turbochargers, and other parts.
If applicable, you will be able to select the free shipping option at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY:

Returns are accepted ONLY for items purchased directly from FTC- A USA Turbo Corp.
We accept returns UP TO 30 days. 

Free returns are accepted within 15 days from the day of purchase. After 15 days, a 10-20% restocking and handling fee may be charged depending on the order to process the return. This fee will be waived if the part(s) received is not as described, or errors during shipping.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Credit card refunds can be expected within 5-14 days depending on your institution.
Refunds through PayPal will normally be received immediately or within 1-2 business days depending on your PayPal account. Please contact us with any further questions.

Important Note: Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a promo code will be allotted exchange credit equal to the discounted purchase amount. Item(s) MUST be in original condition. Damaged, used, modified, or non-original items are not eligible for exchange

For Returns follow the instructions:

1. Contact us through email at support@ftcturbo.com or through the chat bottom here on our website to
-Request RETURN address.
-Request an RMA number.
-State the reason for your return.

2. Properly package the product for shipping.
-Ship the package per the instructions provided by the customer service representative.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, one of the following will happen depending on the buyer's needs:
-Refunds - A refund of the original purchase price will be made.
-Exchange - Another part will be sent.

Please Note:
-No returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorization.
-After we receive, and inspect the return package, and the return is accepted, full credit will be given to all items that have not been installed and are returned in original condition.
-The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
-If returns or exchanges are due to our error, will cover the full return shipping cost.
Example: if the wrong part was shipped to you or if it was damaged during the shipping process.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We ACCEPT exchanges UP TO 30 days.

We will accept free exchanges for up to 15 days from the day of purchase. After 15 days, all exchanges may be subject up to a 10% exchanging and processing fee.

Contact us regarding your order and request an exchange by online service or email. Please note that it is better to directly send us your order number, your name, invoice number, and details about the exchange for quick confirmation.

We will provide you with the return address after confirmation, and then wait for the return to be delivered.

After receiving the return and confirming that there are no problems, we will resend the exchange order and item.

Exchange orders will be shipped out within 48 hours (business days) of confirmation.

You will receive an email with the exchange order and tracking information.

REFUND POLICY:
 
Refunds will be issued on the original form of payment. Card Refunds will usually take anywhere from 3-14 business days to appear on your statement depending on your institution. Paypal Refunds will usually reflect on your account in a couple of minutes or 1-2 business days depending on your PayPal account.

CORE POLICY:

 

We do NOT charge you for the core up front. However, the core must be sent to us within 30 days from the day of purchase or the warranty will be VOIDED.

We will INCLUDE a "Return Shipping Label" inside the box with your order so you can ship your core to us FREE of charge.

Please, contact us beforehand if you do not have a core to send or for any special core adjustments or exemptions.

NO CORE CHARGE or CORE REQUIRED FOR NEW PARTS.

Core Condition:
The core must be in rebuildable condition.

Core Return Label:
Once you’re ready to ship back the core, contact us directly at support@ftcturbo.com to request a return shipping label if one was not included in the box with your order.

PAYMENT POLICY:


All payments are due upon completion of the order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.  We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept PayPal as a form of payment.

LEGALITIES POLICY: 


The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.

We shall not be liable to the customer under any circumstances for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation: damage to or loss of property other than the turbocharger or specific part(s) purchased from us; damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement; lost profits, revenue or opportunity; loss of use; losses resulting the cost of replacement transportation, power, or compression; the cost of substitute products or outside claims.

The total liability shall in no circumstance exceed a sum equal to the amount paid to us for turbochargers or other products subject to the customer’s warranty claims.
