Turbo Maintenance
Turbocharger maintenance can be a real struggle—especially when it comes to figuring out what’s wrong in the first place. Our goal is to make this procedure as simple and economical as possible for you. Our team of trained professionals will assist you in finding the right part for your needs and application or making sure your turbo is properly rebuilt. No matter what, we’ll look for the best and most cost-effective solution for you and your vehicle.

Turbo Balancing
Want your turbocharger components adjusted? You’ve come to the right place. You just need to bring us the compressor wheel, turbine shaft, lock nut, and thrust pieces—we don’t require the entire turbo to balance it. The balance of turbocharger systems is an essential part of maintenance in order to maximize performance and reduce vibration.

Turbo Rebuilding
We rebuild turbos of any make and model. No internal hard parts (turbine shaft/wheel, compressor wheel, bearing housing) need to be repaired or replaced during a routine rebuild. A normal rebuild includes a thorough part cleaning, a full balancing, and a rebuild kit with new thrust parts (wherever applicable). When we’re done with your vehicle, we want to leave it working like it’s brand new.

Want your turbocharger’s compressor and turbine wheels balanced? YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE!
We do NOT need the whole turbo or the cartridge (CHRA). You only need to send us your compressor wheel, turbine shaft, thrust sleeve (ring), flinger sleeve (thrust collar), and thrust spacer, also know as a “spacer sleeve” (if applicable). If you want to ship us your part(s) for balancing, just fill out this BALANCING SERVICE FORM and put it inside the box with your part(s). For further assistance, contact us at official@ftcturbo.com. Balancing Cost: $100.
Turbo & Actuator Repairs
FTC repair/rebuild services can get you back on the road fast and at a lower cost than buying directly from dealers WITHOUT sacrificing quality & performance.
To send us your Turbocharger(s) or VGT actuator(s), fill out this REBUILD SERVICE FORM and put it inside the box with your part(s). For further assistance, contact us at official@ftcturbo.com. Balancing Cost: $100.. Repair services start as low as $350 for standard rebuilds depending on your turbocharger or VGT model & condition.
