RETURNS POLICY:

We accept & cover returns only if the part you receive is defective, damaged or not the same part you ordered.

 

Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be charge in order to process the return.

All remanufactured turbochargers & parts carry a 6 months warranty against part defects.

All NEW turbocharger and parts carry a full 1 - year manufacturer warranty against defects from original purchase date.

We will replace or repair the defective part(s) upon warranty approval at our discretion once we received the part(s) for warranty inspection.

A full refund will be offered if the defective part cannot be repaired or replaced.

We do NOT charge for the core upfront. However, the core MUST be sent back to us WITHIN 30 days or the warranty will be VOIDED.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NEW PARTS (turbos or actuators).

We will include a “Return Shipping Label” inside the box with your order so you can ship your core back to us FREE of charge.

CONTACT US beforehand if you do not have a core to send or to request a Return Shipment Label if one was not included with your order.

When you place an order online, you will receive the confirmation email within 1 hour.

Note: If you don’t receive any emails within this timeframe, please double check that the email address left for the order is right. If so, please contact us for further assistance.

The order will be shipped between 1 to 2 business day (same business day in some occasions). You will receive the shipping information by email with the tracking number.

Credit card refunds can be expected within 5-14 days depending on your institution.
